Delete Your Rally Account

You can permanently delete your Rally account at any time. This page explains how to do it in the app and what happens to your data.

How to delete your account in the app

Account deletion is available directly inside Rally — no need to contact support.

Open the Rally app on your device
Sign in to your account
Go to your Profile
Open the Account section
Tap Delete Account
Re-enter your password to confirm your identity
Confirm deletion — your account will be permanently removed

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following personal data is permanently removed or anonymized:

Permanently deleted or anonymized

Name
Email address
Phone number
Profile photo
Push notification token
Login account (authentication credentials)
Personal profile information

What may be retained

In limited cases, some records may be kept after account deletion:

May be retained

Anonymized attendance records where required for organizational reporting
Security, audit, or legal records where necessary

Retention period

Any retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for legal, security, or legitimate organizational record-keeping purposes.

Request deletion by email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you may submit a deletion request by emailing us directly. We will process your request promptly.
